Here’s Your First Look At ‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 7

Photos are coming.

The wait is over, “Game of Thrones” fans. The first images for Season 7 are here.

Watchers on the Wall reports that before Sunday’s “Westworld,” HBO aired a “Coming in 2017” preview, sharing the first official images for the new season. The video hasn’t been uploaded yet, but here are the photos captured by fans that have been shared by WOTW.

We see Sansa looking intently at something (possibly Sophie Turner adjusting her wig in the camera).

There’s Arya riding in on a horse, possibly doing her best impression of a worried Jon Snow face:

Then there’s an actual worried Jon Snow face. The King in the North has a lot on his mind:

Hmm … perhaps Jon Snow just found out something cray, like Lady Mormont isn’t in as many episodes as he expected. Or, maybe, he learned he has a twin?

We’re still holding out hope, anyway.

Fans are already jumping all over the images, and here is one of the first breakdowns of what to expect:

Prepare yourselves, crows. Winter has arrived.

“Game of Thrones” Season 7 is coming in 2017.

Winter Is Coming, But So Is ‘Game Of Thrones’ Wine

Your “Game of Thrones” viewing parties just got even better.

HBO announced it’s partnering with Vintage Wine Estates to create some “Game of Thrones” vino. And they’ll release the Seven Kingdom Wines collection  in time for the series’ seventh season.

Jeff Peters, director of licensing and retail for HBO, told Entertainment Weekly, “Given the prominent role of wine on ‘Game of Thrones’ and our previous success in the beverage category, an officially licensed wine for the show feels like a natural extension for our fans.”

Yes, it definitely does.

The collection will feature a chardonnay, a proprietary red blend (which we might assume is House Lannister’s family favorite) and a cabernet sauvignon.

Feast your eyes on these regal-looking labels, which are expected to hit shelves this coming spring:

To tide you over for the next few months, thirsty fans can continue to drink the thematic “Game of Thrones” beers that Ommegang brews.

After all, beer pairs real well with Thanksgiving turkey.

The Worst Sansa Rumor On ‘Game Of Thrones’ Is Officially False

When it comes to one “Game of Thrones” rumor, the North would like to forget.

Following the release of “Game of Thrones” Season 6 promo pictures, stories began spreading that Sansa would become pregnant. The big problem is that Ramsay Bolton would be the father.

Ramsay’s words from the Season 6 finale, “You can’t kill me. I’m part of you now,” only added to the speculation. (Warning: Stop reading now if you don’t want to hear about Season 7.)

This would all be terrible because you remember Ramsay …

(Sansa’s actually talking about Joffrey there, but you get the point. Her boyfriends stink.)

Thankfully, the gods are merciful, and we can finally put this rumor to rest.

“Game of Thrones” fanatic site Watchers on the Wall, which keeps the world up to date on leaks, reports that Sansa is officially not going to be pregnant in Season 7.

We repeat. Sansa WILL NOT be pregnant.

The Huffington Post previously spoke with “Game of Thrones” actor Liam Cunningham about the rumor. He shot it down, saying he believed Ramsay’s words were about being inside Sansa’s head.

“Unless he’s got one of those ‘Game of Thrones’ pregnancy sticks, he’s not gonna know,” said Cunningham.

Now we know for sure. And that’s how you go from Sansa baby to sans a baby.

Rock on, future Queen in the North!

Seth Meyers Rips Trumps Chaotic ‘Game Of Thrones’ Transition

Seth Meyers hilariously delved into Donald Trump’s less-than-smooth transition to power on Thursday.

The “Late Night” host explored how the president-elect’s cabinet picks were shaping up and how he was communicating with foreign heads of state (think premium rate phone numbers into Trump Tower.)

Presidential transitions are delicate things and in the end, history remembers the presidency far more than the transition,” Meyers said. “But we’re starting to get signals from Trump takeover about how he’ll govern.”

“Reports of the inner workings of the transition have not been great,” the comedian said before agreeing with one journalist’s analogy of the process taking a decidedly “Game of Thrones” turn.

Watch the full monologue in the clip above.

Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke joins Star Wars’ Han Solo spin-off

The British actor joins Alden Ehrenreich, who will play Solo, and Donald Glover, who was confirmed for the role of Lando Calrissian in the new film

Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke will swap dragons for intergalactic space travel after it was confirmed that she will join the cast of the yet-to-be-named Han Solo spin-off film.

The British actor joins Alden Ehrenreich, who will play Solo, and Donald Glover, who was confirmed for the role of Lando Calrissian in October.

The film is to take place before Star Wars: A New Hope and will focus on the formative years of Solo and Calrissian as they became space smugglers and, as Lucasfilms put it, scoundrels on the rise.

Clarkes confirmation as the female lead in the film comes after rumors that Tessa Thompson, Naomi Scott and Zoe Kravitz were in consideration for the role. Other actors in the running were relative unknown Kiersey Clemons and Clarkes fellow Game of Thrones star, Jessica Henwick.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens made more than $2bn at the box office while Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, which opens in December, has been tipped to help its parent company, Disney Films, make a record-breaking $7bn at the box office in 2016.

The spin-off is scheduled to start filming in January and will come to the big screen in May 2018.

Arya Calls Out ‘Game Of Thrones’ Critics In Deleted Scene

Shade is coming …

As one of the most popular shows on television, “Game of Thrones” is also one of the most criticized and scrutinized. Its portrayals of sex and violence have often called for creator George R. R. Martin and series actors and producers to defend it.

Now, “Game of Thrones” has a Stark message for critics: If you don’t like it, there’s the door …

Deleted and extended scenes included on the show’s Season 6 DVD release have hit the internet, and one moment in particular is standing out.

In scenes that aired beginning in Season 6, Episode 5, “The Door,” Arya visits a play in Braavos that is basically a mini version of some of the events we’ve seen in the series so far. Scenes include Robert Baratheon dying and Ned Stark losing his head. It’s all very meta. The theater troupe just adds a lot more farting.

In a scene that didn’t initially make it to our TVs and laptops, two women near Arya watch the play, constantly shaking their heads and looking displeased. (Psst! These women represent the critics.)

“Violence and profanity. How original,” one says.

Arya turns and retorts, “Why don’t you just leave, then?”

Oh, snap!

Eventually they do leave, adding a couple more comments: “utterly gratuitous” and “disgusting and unacceptable.” But there’s really no other option after getting served like that.

You can see this and the other scenes in the video below; Arya’s exchange happens around the 5:55 mark. Or, if you don’t like it, just don’t watch.

A ‘Game Of Thrones’ Prequel Could Actually Happen

More “Game of Thrones” is coming … maybe.

We’ve heard rumors of a “Game of Thrones” movie or prequel for years now. (Years!) And apparently HBO is still pursuing that dream.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the network’s programming president Casey Bloys says HBO is stills in talks with author George R.R. Martin about another series.

Bloys said, “I would say it’s still kind of preliminary ongoing talks.”

The programming president didn’t specify which parts of Martin’s works could be adapted, but he added that HBO is exploring different “areas.”

What could those “areas” be? Let’s speculate, Crows.

Besides his A Song of Ice and Fire novels, the inspiration for “Game of Thrones,” Martin has his Dunk and Eggnovellas, which are prequels to the series. Plus, there is a lot of backstory with Robert’s Rebellion that fans want to see. Robert’s Rebellion is the war that put Robert Baratheon on the throne and eventually led to the craziness Westeros is going through now.

In any case, HBO is fighting to bring more “Thrones” to your faces.

As far as the possibility of expanding “Game of Thrones” Season 8 from the meager 6 episodes we’re reportedly getting, Bloys said, “I’ll take as much as we can get.”

In other words, your watch hasn’t ended just yet.

No, Jon Snow! Aren’t you listening? Not yet!

Game Of Thrones Author George R.R. Martin On Donald Trump’s Presidency: ‘Winter Is Coming, I Told You So’ See His Foreboding Remarks!

Donald Trump swindled his way into the White House by exploiting the most racist citizens in the country, leaving the rest of us to fear being led by a conniving man-child for the next four years.

Since few have more knowledge about unfit rulers and a looming apocalypse than George R.R. Martin, the Game Of Thrones author made a dire prediction on what’s to come for America — specifically, winter.

Related: Parks & Rec‘s Leslie Knope Pens Open Letter After Trump’s Win

On Wednesday, the mastermind behind the bloody fantasy series shared a blog post titled President P*ssygrabber, in which he lamented about the future state of the country under Trump’s rule.

He wrote:

“America has spoken. I really thought we were better than this. Guess not. Trump was the least qualified candidate ever nominated by a major party for the presidency. Come January, he will become the worst president in American history, and a dangerously unstable player on the world stage.”

That’s saying something coming from the guy who created Cersei Lannister!

GRRM also predicted things wouldn’t get better anytime soon — in fact, he writes:

“Over the next four years, our problems are going to get much, much worse.”

Seeing the discriminatory hate already beginning to boil from the underbelly of society, we think he may be right…

Massive ‘Game Of Thrones’ Leak Should Have HBO Freaking Out

The wait is over, and HBO is likely losing its s**t. (Probably.)

The network has gone to great lengths to keep “Game of Thrones” under wraps since a major Season 5 leak had multiple unaired episodes hit the internet. In that time, HBO has taken more extensive security measures, including refraining from sending out screeners to the media.

But even a giant magic wall wouldn’t be able to stop the unrelenting leakers, and now it appears they’ve broken through. The entire Season 7 plot has supposedly landed on the internet.

HBO is probably all like:

Maybe, anyway.

Three weeks ago, it seemed ridiculous when Redditor awayforthelads posted spoilers for “Game of Thrones” Season 7 online. After all, we’ve seen leaks in the past that were obviously wrong once the season started.

Then, evidence started coming out that the leaks might be real. The account for awayforthelads was mysteriously deleted, and a recent spoiler reported by Watchers on the Wall seems to confirm a specific plot detail that Jon Snow would bring a wight to Westeros as proof that the White Walkers are coming.

If true, the leak completely spoils the major plot points of Season 7: Dany and Jon Snow end up “doing it” (Damn, Dany!), the Wall is coming down, Arya is killing Littlefinger, Jon is recognized as a Targaryen, and the White Walkers are going to take control of one of Dany’s dragons, just to name a few. (See them all here.)

HBO should be freaking the heck out, right? So why aren’t they?

When the Season 5 leaks came out, the network made a big hullabaloo about tracking down those responsible.

Well said, Cersei. HBO was ready to burn your cities to the ground!

But for Season 7, it’s mostly been quiet.

You know nothing about freakouts, HBO! Unless you just flipped the script on us:

Oh, shiz.

Actor Alexander Siddig, who played Prince Doran on the show, has already suggested that HBO was responsible for the Season 5 episode leaks. He thinks it was an inside job to build hype. And Watchers on the Wall, the site which reported the supposed wight scene that “confirmed” the recent leaks, even speculated HBO was trolling us after pictures showing Jon Snow on the beach with dragons hit the internet.

It’s also worth noting, as pointed out by Deadspin, that Redditor starkandlannister, who also claims to have insider Season 7 knowledge, refuted the leaks.

The Redditor also supports the HBO conspiracy theory, saying, “There is a possibility that the leaker knew some things but made up some of it. Maybe he only guessed some of it but guessed wrong. Or maybe he was someone who actually knew a lot of things but was intentionally trying to lead people the wrong way to hide some major events and surprises.”

Yeah, peeps. You can’t rule out the possibility that HBO is “leaking” information to throw us off. But if the leaks are legit, again, the White Walkers are getting a dragon.

In other words …

‘Game of Thrones’ author isn’t writing. He’s campaigning for Clinton

Washington (CNN)Everyone is watching it, and they never shut up about it. It feels like it will never end, and there are constant last-minute surprises. It’s a story about violence, power and sex — all entirely divorced from reality.

It’s the election, of course, not “Game of Thrones.”
But given the parallels, how could George R.R. Martin, author of the book series on which the show is based, stay away?
Martin spent some of his finite time on Earth speaking to volunteers for Hillary Clinton in New Mexico after having written several online posts about the election.
“”Hold the door!” George R.R. Martin surprised volunteers in Santa Fe today to encourage early voting. Learn more: IWillVote.com,” tweeted the Hillary Clinton for New Mexico campaign account, linking to a DNC voting tool along with a photo of Martin speaking.
On November 4, Martin warned that New Mexico, a state CNN has rated as “leans Democrat,” was apparently competitive and bemoaned the ads he had seen from Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

Martin also wrote about the difference between the ads and went on to dismiss Trump at length, who he argued had “said the vilest things any presidential candidate has said since George Wallace.”
Martin has yet to finish two of the remaining books in his acclaimed series, currently billed as “The Winds of Winter” and “A Dream of Spring.”

6 Classic Episodes Of Game Of Thrones Where The Characters Mention That The Baby From Dinosaurs Is In Prison Where He Belongs

Game Of Thrones is one of the most exciting, epic shows on TV, and it doesnt get any better than when the characters have amazing conversations about how good it is that Baby Sinclair, from the ABC sitcom Dinosaurs, is in prison where he belongs. They talk about this all of the time, but these six episodes are definitely the most memorable.

    1. Winter Is Coming (Season One, Episode One)

Game Of Thrones opening episode kicked off the series in unforgettable fashion, introducing viewers to the incredible world of Westeros and laying the foundation for the fantasy epic that was about to unfold. One of the key moments of the episode is a scene shared by Tyrion Lannister and Jon Snow, in which Jon puts his hand on Tyrions shoulder and says, Tyrion, we may be from entirely different worlds, but there is one thing that binds us: We both rejoice every day that the baby from Dinosaurs is in prison. This touching moment is made all the more impactful when Tyrion looks Jon in the eyes and replies, From the moment he hatched from his egg, the wretched dinosaur Baby Sinclair did nothing but scream insults and make insane demands for food. He never shuts up, and he smashes his own father in the head with a frying pan. Im so happy hes in jail. Its a powerful moment of bonding between two outcasts and shows that, for all the violence and strife in Game Of Thrones, theres always a chance for peace and understanding.

    2. Fire And Blood (Season One, Episode 10)

Fire And Blood ended with one of the most iconic images in all of Game Of Thrones: Daenerys Targaryen emerging unscathed from the flames of her husbands funeral pyre carrying three newborn dragons. When her followers fall to their knees to worship her, she stands before them, triumphant, and cries out, I know God is real because the fucked-up Baby Sinclair is in jail, which is the ultimate justice. The horrible baby from ABCs Dinosaurs was foul-mouthed and rude. He was a pervert who creamed his own green father in the head with a frying pan! My greatest joy is imagining Baby Sinclair reaching his greedy dinosaur paws through the bar of his cell, begging for mercy that will not come! Its a breathtaking scene, and it absolutely deserves a spot on this list.

    3. Hardhome (Season Five, Episode Eight)

In this incredible episode featuring a massive surprise attack from the undead White Walkers, Jon Snow finds himself face-to-face with the dreaded Night King. With his back to the sea and nowhere to run, Jon has no options left but to show the Night King a drawing of the baby from Dinosaurs getting tortured on the rack.

The Night King looks at the picture, blows a kiss to it, and then rides away into the forest screaming, Yes! Yes! Yes! which is the first and only time he speaks in the entire series. Thanks to Jons quick thinking, he and his companions live to fight another day.

    4. The Lion And The Rose (Season Four, Episode Two)

In this unforgettable episode, King Joffrey interrupts his wifes wedding vows to scream, The baby from ABCs Dinosaurs should be chained to the wall in a maximum-security prison! He is rude, and plus he is a pervert who screams for food at all hours of the night! He smacked his enormous green dad in the head with a frying pan! Disgusting! Jail is the only house for him! Now back to the wedding! In one of the most gruesome moments in the whole series, someone in the crowd shouts out that Baby Sinclair is, in fact, in jail, and Joffreys joy is so overpowering that every blood vessel in his body explodes, leaving him a hideous purple corpse. Its certainly an image that will stick with Game Of Thrones fans for a long time!

    5. A Perverted Baby In Chains At Last (Season Six, Episode Four)

This masterpiece of modern television dedicated a full hour to a single, continuous shot of Tyrion Lannister inflating a large balloon in the shape of Baby Sinclair until it pops. It was a bold stylistic risk by the shows creators, but it paid off and gave us one of the most innovative moments in the history of television. When the balloon finally explodes and Tyrion tearfully screams, I murdered my own father with a crossbow, but not even I am enough of a dinosaur pervert to smack him in the head with a frying pan! its one of the most emotional moments in the entire series.

    6. The Rains Of Castamere (Season Three, Episode Nine)

This unforgettable episode concludes with one of the most harrowing moments in the series: the wholesale slaughter of the Stark family known as The Red Wedding. Catelyn Stark is forced to watch in abject misery as her loyal soldiers are slaughtered in cold blood; as her daughter-in-law, Talisa, is stabbed to death with an unborn child in her womb; and most painfully of all, as her eldest son, Rob, is murdered right before her eyes. Finally, in one of the most emotional monologues of the whole show, Catelyn looks out over the carnage and says, My only comfort is that the perverted infant Baby Sinclair from ABCs Dinosaurs, sits rotting in a sunless jail cell, chained to the wall where he belongs. May he never see the light of day again, on account of he is so rude and he bonked his green dad in the head with a frying pan. She is then immediately murdered, bringing one of the most tragic scenes in Game Of Thrones history to a horrifying end.
