Twitter Is Blowing Up Over This One Word Dany Says On Game Of Thrones

This post contains spoilers from Season 7, Episode 4.So, yeah, that episode just happened. Please excuse me while I scream into a pillow for the next hour! I don’t know about you guys, but that last 15 minutes of Season 7, Episode 4, The Spoils of War had me Every time Daenerys was up on that dragon uttering Dracarys, I got chills. But for those who are new, what does Dracarys mean, again?

Well literally, Dracarys means Dragonfire in High Valyrian. It’sthe word Dany uses to signal to her dragon, Drogon, that she wants him to go all evil-fire-destruction up in this bish. She taught him and her other dragons to breathe fire on this command when they were just tiny, cute, little lizards, freshly hatched from their eggs.

Now Drogon is all grown up, and boy did he deliver in Sunday night’s episode, when Daenerys asked him to go Dracarys on Jamie Lannister’s ass. Drogon burned up most of the Lannister’s army, despite a small setback in which Drogon got pricked with a crossbow, courtesy of Bronn. But all Daenerys had to do was say the magic word, and she had that entire army begging for mercy.

Naturally, fans on Twitter were freakin’ thrilled by the return of this total power move from their favorite Khaleesi BAMF.

I mean, when was the last time we got to see Daenerys Targaryn Dracarys an entire army?! That was freakin’ legendary! Do I feel bad about all the people burned alive? Yeah, sure, a little bit. But c’mon, they were Lannister soldiers. I’m sure Tyrion will get over it.

Of course, Jamie Lannister was pretty close to getting Dracarys-ed himself he’s lucky his buddy Bronn was there to save him. Things aren’t looking so good for Bronn, though because we all know what you get when you try to slay a dragon.

DRACARYS!
